Initial request for information
If you would like to be counseled by the Rochester Chapter of SCORE and you have never been counseled by our Chapter before, please click here to securely provide us some initial information that we require in order to arrange your first counseling session. We will contact you shortly to schedule a counseling session.
If you wish to meet with a SCORE counselor in a location other than the Federal Building, indicate the desired location in the “specific assistance required” box at the bottom of the form
If you prefer, you may contact our office directly at (585)-263-6473 to set up a counseling session, however, we will still require this initial information to get started.

Main Location
Rochester - Federal Building
The main counseling location of the Rochester chapter is in Room 410 of the Federal Building at 100 State Street. Rochester. The office is normally open Monday through Friday, except for federally observed holidays. All counseling is done by appointment. One hour sessions can be scheduled for 9, 10, or 11 in the mornings and 1, 2, or 3 in the afternoons.

Canandaigua
Counseling in the Canandaigua area occurs at the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce, 113 South Main St. Canandaigua, NY 14484. Counseling is, by appointment only, on most Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.

Counseling in the Town of Greece occurs at Greece Chamber of Commerce, 2496 West Ridge Road, Suite 201, Greece, NY 14626-3046. Counseling is by appointment only, usually on Monday evenings, or by special arrangement.

Counseling in the Penn Yan area occurs at the Yates County Chamber of Commerce, 2375 Route 14A, Penn Yan NY 14527. Counseling is by appointment only, generally on Wednesday afternoons, or by special arrangement.
